My fabulous family, who all support my blogging and sharing
I’m feeling a whole bag of different emotions today – excited, humbled, baffled, thankful – the list could go on.
This weekend I found out this blog has been shortlisted in two categories for the Premier Digital Awards – Blogger of the Year and the Up-and-Coming Award.
I want to say a massive heartfelt thank-you to everyone who has stopped by here in the last nine months and supported me along my imperfect faith journey. I love having this place where I can be real and open about all that happens to me and I really appreciate that many of you are so open and happy to share your stories too.
It would be a real surprise for me to win either of the categories I have been shortlisted in as there are some fantastic blogs that I am up against but truth be told, I really don’t mind. It is very flattering to have made the shortlist and I thank God that He thinks I’m worth it.
Why don’t you go and take a look at the blogs I am up against, there are some great finds there –
Blogger of the Year
Apples of Gold – I’ve read this blog for some time and Jules is a newly ordained vicar and awesome writer
Surrender My Agenda – This is totally new to me but I’ve enjoyed exploring it and reading about the faith journey this couple is on, planting a new church in East Hull
theologybee – Winner of last years Young Blogger of the Year award is Kate who writes this engaging blog with a strap-line of ‘where faith and life meet’
Tracing The Rainbow Through The Rain – A very real and raw blog written by Jeremy and his wife and children, about his cancer diagnosis, retirement from the church and death of his son.
Girl Got Faith – A multi author blog aimed at Christian teenage girls to help them in their faith, to know that God is with them and interested in all that they are
Gospel-Centred Parenting – A great blog written by a husband and wife who wish to demonstrate that grace sets us free from the bondage to parenting rules and laws.
Lively Stones UK – is an online platform by students and for students designed to promote godliness and celebrate excellence. Sounds good doesn’t it?
Wishing you a fabulous week, I know I’m going to have one now! Mich x
